2023 Popcorn Fundraiser
The Pack spends approximately $400 per scout, and an additional $100 for Scouts attending summer camp. The popcorn fundraiser is the ONLY fundraiser we do as a Pack.
In order to keep our Pack strong and sustainable, we are strongly recommending that each returning Scout sell at least $380 in popcorn to offset a part of their dues. We believe this can be accomplished in ~2 storefront shifts (4 hours) at one of our many storefront opportunities in September and October. As always, online and wagon sales will add to your scout's total popcorn sales.
NEW FOR 2023: Scouts will receive credit for Storefront sales only for the shifts they are registered for. Example: Scout 1 and Scout 2 both signed up to sell from 12 PM – 2 PM. All sales at the store, regardless of who enters them into the app, will be split only between Scout 1 and Scout 2.

Three ways to sell – Storefront, Wagon Sales, & Online

Our storefront locations are at Bass Pro and Shooter’s Outpost in Hooksett. Storefront sales run September – October, or until we are out of product.
Scouts should sign up for at least 2 storefront shifts.
Sign up for storefronts via the Trails End app. Text APP to 62771 to download. Each scout will require access to a smartphone to sell at storefronts.
Tips:
Parents/guardians must remain with the scout for safety and to assist with transactions.
Scouts should sell in Class A uniform.

Orders will be accepted in the app until October 22. Payment is required upon ordering. Customers can pay with cash, check, or credit card (make checks payable to Pack 292). Encourage customers to use the credit card feature so you do not have to track cash or checks.
We will collect cash or checks in an envelope labeled with the scout's name at the October Pack meeting. Popcorn distribution occurs at the December Pack Meeting, or may be provided to you as we have inventory from storefront stock. Please check in with Brigid Cox as there may be opportunities to get popcorn to your customers sooner.

Share your scout’s virtual store via email and social media. The share button to your scout’s specific “store” is available within the app.
Product will ship directly to the customer. Encourage customers to purchase $65 or more to get free shipping.

Pack 292 will add $30 to a Scout Account for every $200 of popcorn sold beyond the first $380.
Selling Tips and Requirements
Always wear your class A uniform.
A scout is courteous – whether someone decides to purchase popcorn or not, always say thank you.
A parent/guardian must accompany the scout on their sale (storefront and wagon sale)
NEVER go into another person’s house while selling door to door.
